Share a Feedback Form

Each active form has its own public link. Send it by email or SMS, or add it to your website or LMS. Anyone with the link can respond, and nobody needs an RTOSafe login.

Before You Start

Open the form from Feedback Forms. The Public URL box shows the link, with Copy and Open buttons. Use Open to check the form the way respondents will see it.

The link stays the same even if you rename the form, so links you’ve already sent keep working.

Use One Form for Several Courses

If the form asks people to choose a training product, you can choose it for them. Add ?code= and the product code to the end of the link you copied, for example ?code=BSB50420.

Respondents then see that product already filled in. This lets one form collect feedback for every course, with each response filed against the right product. If the code isn’t on your scope, the form simply asks them to choose.

What Happens When Someone Responds

Each response:

  • Appears in your Feedback Register as a New feedback record, with the form’s category and the training product
  • Gets a short AI summary and a tone tag. Check the summary against the full answers, which open from View form responses.
  • Counts towards the open-feedback alert until someone reviews it

The respondent sees your thank-you message and a reference number they can quote if they contact you.

Action form responses the same way as any other feedback (see Actioning Feedback). To look across many responses at once, use Analyse Form Responses.
