Remove a staff member's access to RTOSafe.


Before You Start

You need Compliance Admin access to edit staff records

Steps

Go to Staffarrow-up-right and select the staff member

Select Edit on their Personal Details

Uncheck the Active checkbox

Select Save


What Happens Next

  • They can't log in anymore — if they try, they'll see: "Your staff access has been suspended. Please contact your administrator."

  • They move from Current Staff to Previous Staff

  • All their records, documents, and history stay in the system

  • You can reactivate them later by checking the Active box again (as long as you haven't hit your staff limit)
