Remove a staff member's access to RTOSafe.
You need Compliance Admin access to edit staff records
Go to Staffarrow-up-right and select the staff member
Select Edit on their Personal Details
Uncheck the Active checkbox
Select Save
They can't log in anymore — if they try, they'll see: "Your staff access has been suspended. Please contact your administrator."
They move from Current Staff to Previous Staff
All their records, documents, and history stay in the system
You can reactivate them later by checking the Active box again (as long as you haven't hit your staff limit)
You've probably hit your staff limit — contact [email protected]
Make sure you clicked Save after unchecking the Active box
