Reset Your Password

Reset your password if you've lost access or never received your welcome email.

If your RTO requires you to sign in with your company email (like Google or Microsoft), you can't reset your password here. Just go to the login page and sign in as normal.

Go to app.rtosafe.com.au

Enter your email and click Continue

Click Forgot your password?

Enter your email again and click Send reset link

Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to create a new password

If you see "No account found with this email address", your RTO hasn't set up your account yet, or you're using a different email. Check with your admin.

Common Issues

Problem	Solution
Reset link doesn't work	Links expire after 24 hours and can only be used once. Request a new one.
No email arriving	Check your spam folder. Make sure you're using the email address your RTO registered you with.
Can't log in after resetting	Make sure you're entering the email exactly as registered (check for typos).
