MFA for Compliance Admins
Keep your RTO's compliance data secure by requiring multi-factor authentication for your admin users.
Enforce MFA at the RTO Level
You can now require MFA for compliance admin users from Login Settings — they'll be prompted to set it up on their next login
Only compliance admins are affected — they have broad access to your RTO's data. Staff portal users aren't affected and can continue logging in as usual
MFA adds a second layer of protection using an authenticator app on their phone, so a compromised password alone isn't enough to access your data
Already using Google or Microsoft sign-in? You're covered — those providers have their own security built in, so this setting only applies to password-based logins
We strongly recommend enabling this if your compliance admins use password login
